 His area of focus is Microsoft’s Modern Work cloud solutions and services which includes, the cutting-edge M365 Copilot, an AI-powered digital assistant. Andrew collaborates with Microsoft cloud resellers and their end customers with training and helping to enhance user readiness. Andrew brings a wealth of sales know-how to the tech industry as well as the SMB market. 

With 13 years of experience at Microsoft, Justin specializes in modern workplace solutions, AI-powered productivity, and commercial device strategy, helping partners and customers translate emerging technologies into practical business outcomes.

With deep expertise spanning Windows devices, Copilot experiences, and next-generation PC innovation, Justin has led training sessions, live demos, and strategic partner events across North America.

With 36 years of IT experience, he started his career in the US Air Force in 1990 in the Intelligence IT Field, then in Combat Communications. He then moved on to be an Infrastructure Engineer for the Air Force as a civilian before taking an IT Leadership role for the largest privately held bank in the US. He has spent the last two years as the Systems Engineer for Arctic Wolf Network specializing in Agentic SOC Operations with an emphasis on AI modeled Endpoint Protection. Mike is a 15 time Ironman finisher as well as an avid outdoorsman.
