Richard Cordan is the Cyber Range Master at TD SYNNEX, where he helps vendors, partners, and customers strengthen cybersecurity through live demonstrations of real-world attacks and the defenses that stop them. A 20-year TD SYNNEX veteran, he previously built integration offerings in the Global Solutions Center, spent a decade as a Field Architect enabling partner go-to-market, and led the Field Architect team for a major vendor line. He holds multiple technical certifications, including a Cisco CCIE. Richard also shares practical networking, IT, and cybersecurity insights with a broader audience as creator of the YouTube channel RichTechGuy.

Luke Waltz is a SOC Analyst at Datalink Networks, supporting managed security operations through threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and Microsoft security technologies. He helps deliver 24x7 SOC services, security automation, SIEM/Sentinel solutions, and proactive cybersecurity programs that strengthen client security posture.

Amr Salah is Director of Engineering at Datalink Networks, where he leads engineering strategy, solution architecture, and technical delivery across cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies.
