UPDATED: Datalink Networks achieves Microsoft Gold Status!
Santa Clarita, CA. December 28, 2020-Less than two months after qualifying for Microsoft Gold competency in Cloud Productivity, Datalink Networks has announced that they have been recognized with two more Microsoft competencies. In December 2020, Datalink Networks was granted a gold competency in Data Platform and silver competency in Cloud Platform, demonstrating best in class Microsoft solutions amongst the top 1% of Microsoft partners worldwide.
To qualify for the Gold competency in Data Platform, 4 Datalink Networks’ engineers passed an extensive Microsoft exam and completed a series of technical assessments covering the SQL Server, Azure Data Warehouse, and Azure Data Services. These in-depth assessments demonstrate their ability to smoothly operate customer’s database systems, secure them, and give customer’s business insights.
For the Silver competency in Cloud Platform, Datalink Networks was required to demonstrate “capabilities in deploying, migrating, and maintaining cloud applications and services on Microsoft Azure.” This includes Datalink Networks meeting the minimum requirement of having $15,000 Azure customer consumption over the past year and one engineer passing an exam and earning a certification. This exam and certification for the role Microsoft Azure Administrator measures skills such as managing Azure identities, implementing and deploying Azure, back up of Azure resources, and more. All the competencies earned must be renewed each year by revalidating the skills and required exams which ensures that all partners are kept up to date with modern technology.
